- Emergency Medical Evacuation: If in case an adequate medical facility is not available proximate to the patient, as recommended by our consulting physician and the patient’s attending physician, we arrange transportation under suitable medical supervision, by an appropriate mode of transport to the nearest medical facility competent of providing the required care.
- Medical Repatriation: We arrange transportation to the patient’s residence or a medical/rehabilitation facility under medical supervision.
- Hospital Admission Assistance: We assist in either issuing a prompt financial guarantee to expedite admittance to a foreign medical facility and/or validate the patient’s medical insurance.
- Medical Monitoring: Our expert medical staff monitors a patient’s condition, communicates regularly with the attending physician and/or hospital, and imparts necessary and legitimate information to family members.
- Prescription Assistance: If an eligible client needs replacement prescription medicine while travelling, we help with substituting the prescription when possible and legally permissible while consulting with a treating physician.
